  • Aid the development of an annual marketing roadmap for Insurance inclusive of tactical priorities and target forecasts in support of the business goals.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, review and revision of the fiscal year work plan.
  • Review progress to plans. Develop and communicate actions necessary to correct internal and external issues, followed by active participation in the implementation of the actions. Escalate significant issues as necessary.
  • Provide support for campaigns, including budgeting, target setting, and messaging as part of integrated campaigns developed for the product portfolio. Consider strategy relevance through research on competitive spend and awareness levels. Recommend changes as required.
  • Lead campaign and performance measurement, continuously looking to optimize existing campaigns and develop new programs to drive results.
  • In partnership with the Agency of Record, manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns for search, social, display, and owned channels, including email, as needed in support of the Insurance strategy and targets.
  • Maintain all channels according to the industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide support for senior-level and executive discussions regarding data on the performance of campaigns.
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of communications, including the following key activities:

o Clear articulation of business objectives and targets.
o Timeline & budget management, including invoicing
o Asset list development with specs requirements
o Appropriate internal and external approvals
o Alignment with overall brand guidelines in compliance with legal/disclosure requirements Desired Skill Set:

  • Minimum of 2 years in digital acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics

  • Experience developing digital creatives and campaign landing pages to drive results

Job Summary:


The Assistant manager partners with Harlequin Brand team and other marketing campaign and digital program leads to build critical paths and champions the critical path to execute the campaign project to completion.

Responsibilities:


Campaign Management (45%)

  • Plays a key contributor role in the development of strategies, multi-channel integrated digital marketing campaigns and implementation framework creation.

  • Facilitates the execution of multi-media digital capabilities, brand, cross-imprint and priority title

  • Works with the digital capabilities team to establish campaign requirements, timelines and communicates campaign updates to ensure clarity, alignment and consistent measurement across all touchpoints and channels.

Creative & Content Management (15%)

Analysis, Measurement and Reporting (15%)

  • Builds action-oriented campaign postmortems and leads stakeholders through project evaluation and KPI review process upon project completion.

Qualifications:

Specific training or job experience required includes:

  • 4+ years of related experience and a strong background in digital marketing
