ACML is looking for a Facilities Manager in Vancouver, BC to oversee maintenance and operations goals in line with Project Agreement requirements and industry practices.
Position: Residential Appraiser

Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $56,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Appraiser to accurately appraise residential properties in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting properties, conducting inspections, and gathering data to determine accurate property values.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property inspections to assess the condition and features of residential properties.
2. Collect data on properties including market trends, recent sales, and property characteristics.
3. Determine accurate property values based on data analysis and market research.
4. Create detailed appraisal reports for residential properties.
5. Communicate with clients to provide appraisal results and answer any questions.
6. Keep accurate records of property appraisals and maintain confidentiality of information.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
2. Certified Residential Appraiser license required.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Appraiser.
4. Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and market trends.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
