By collaborating cross-functionally with our sales and performance management teams, you’ll understand their biggest challenges and develop feedback loops to ensure GTM/Marketing, Product and field teams are aligned. You will support both sales and PM teams with planned and just-in-time trainings that focus on our customers and drive sales effectiveness.Key Areas of Responsibility:1. (40%) Lead the development and execution of the revenue enablement strategies and programs for AutoSync sales and performance management (PM) teams to unlock incremental revenue for the business.– Build revenue enablement programs across products to improve customer acquisition, upsell and customer retention– Set and measure KPIs tied to business outcomes to understand marketing and sales campaign effectiveness– Collaborate closely with sales and PM leadership to identify and address performance gaps– Maintain a sales enablement calendar across the product suite2.
