Operational Excellence

RequirementsYour experience and skills:Required/Related Experience;

  • The finance/wealth management industry is constantly evolving, and the VP must be able to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt the marketing strategy accordingly. This includes being open to new technologies and marketing channels, as well as being able to experiment with different approaches
  • The VP should have a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs. This knowledge should be used to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and drive engagement
  • The VP should be able to leverage data analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • Previous VP experience with 15+ total years in marketing, at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Experience working in wealth management, understanding of the financial, wealth industry and market trends, including regulatory landscape, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies for high-growth companies, preferably with a finance/wealth

  • Implement UX team recommendations leveraging existing component suite and, where required, an empty shell component that can offer additional flexibility
  • Manage the utilization of non-componentized designs, ensuring that elements routinely deployed are eventually converted into reusable components, thereby reducing manual work within the suite, and ensuring continuity across digital properties
  • Ensure the site remains compliant with all various regulations, including securities regulations, privacy legislation and AODA / WCAG guidelines. RequirementsYour experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing or business administration or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of web management experience in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated content management skills, ideally including hands-on experience with an Enterprise-grade Web Content Management System (WCMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, SDL, etc.
