If you are looking for interesting and challenging work, at a company committed to its people, find out more about what Aviso has to offer at .The Opportunity:We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Asset Management to join our Marketing team for 15 months.Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Asset Management is responsible for developing and executing data-informed go-to-market plans that build affinity towards our products and solutions within both the credit union and third-party financial advisor intermediary distribution channels.Our dream candidate is obsessed with driving performance outcomes and motivated by creating cohesive, innovative marketing programs that fulfill business goals and compel customers to take action. What your day looks like:
- Develop and execute measurable and nimble go-to-market plans for the Asset Management business line in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders and leaders, and external agency partners
- Apply trends in the financial markets, competitive landscape, digital, and customer insights to create actionable plans to position our asset management products and solutions and bring value to our customers.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to translate complex information and data into compelling stories that drive audiences to act
- Build and execute plans to bring our unique value proposition to life in a creative and consistent manner across multiple channels to targeted audience segments
- Lead the development and implementation of campaign and program launches, across earned, owned, and paid media channels including but not exclusive to events, sales enablement (fact sheets, case studies, tools, etc.), influencers, advertising, social media, working with a cross functional team of business and marketing professionals
- Monitor and report on results and optimize plans to deliver value and achieve targeted KPIs. Evaluate performance of project strategy and execution of tactics, using key learnings to inform continuous improvement
- Form and foster relationships with internal colleagues to leverage existing resources and align goals across product lines and delivery channels
- Represent Marketing on any cross-functional Asset Management working groups, as required
- Build and maintain process documentation, establish best practices, and execute acquisition and lifecycle marketing operations
- Proactively identify gaps in process, propose solutions, and ultimately, improve efficiency
RequirementsYour experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications or similar)
- 7+ years of relevant marketing and advertising experience with a successful track record of building integrated marketing plans and creative briefs, both online and off, to maintain a sustained competitive advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the investment management industry
- Fluent in dealing across multiple channels, in a B2B environment with multiple partners
- The ability to shape unique value propositions, key messaging, and creative output that resonates with our target audience by partnering/collaborating with internal resources and our key vendors to deliver results
- Strong analytical background: understanding of how marketing drives positive business outcomes and how to use data to refine and improve marketing activities
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and set measurable objectives within defined timelines and budgets
- Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication skills in English required and bilingual skills in French is an asset
