Job Description
Position: Recruiter
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
– Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
– Screen and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
– Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support
– Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
