Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in enterprise, with large capital budgets, product development experience an asset, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large, complex product development programs, demonstrating strong financial acumen and capital management skills.
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), capital budgeting processes, and portfolio management techniques.
