Role Overview:
The candidate will report to the Head of Market Access and Stakeholder Relations, collaborating with various teams to create market access strategies and value propositions for stakeholders involved in the reimbursement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market access strategies to meet HTA requirements.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to craft tailored value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
- Lead national HTA submission projects and manage pricing strategies.
- Foster relationships with payers and HTA bodies to create mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in a relevant scientific discipline; MSc in health economics preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical market access or consultancy.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, understanding of Canadian healthcare systems and HTA processes, excellent communication skills, and preferred experience in neuroscience.
