- Coordinate all cross-functional teams involved in the complete campaign development process-from briefing and creative development to production, launch, and post-evaluation.
- Centralize campaign data for timely analysis in alignment with the post-reporting schedule, ensuring cross-functional teams have access to key performance metrics.
- Lead readouts with marketing leads and key business partners, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaign improvements.
- Serve as a key consultant to influence the media tactic mix in collaboration with media planning and digital team leads.
