About the Role
A key member of the Data & Analytics team, the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will generate and use insights from data and testing in order to fuel customer and revenue growth. We are looking for someone who loves to solve a problem and has a knack for performance optimization and translating analysis into actionable information.
*This is a contract position with January 2025 as end date.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, build, and execute campaigns designed to help grow the number of CanadaHelps clients and expand their use of our full suite of fundraising tools.
- Conduct research to identify new acquisition opportunities, from tracking competitor activities for insights to identifying and testing targeted new channels.
- Create high-impact collateral, presentations, case studies, and other sales enablement tools, collaborating with internal and external design resources for larger projects.
- Manage our participation at key charity events, championing everything from our booth and collateral, to lining up the right team members of CanadaHelps to maximize the opportunity.
- Analyze and report on the success of marketing campaigns and activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth through regular A/B testing.
- Keep marketing-approved references, case studies, and testimonials documentation up-to-date; ensure documentation of customer logos throughout materials are current.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing work experience.
- University degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related field.
- Preference for experience in a B2B environment with a strong understanding of how sales and marketing teams work together through the customer lifecycle.
- Strong persuasive writing skills with the ability to adapt style to the format (email, social media, website, blog, whitepaper, etc) and instinct for directing strong on-brand creative.
- Experience tracking and reporting campaign results using Google Analytics and other tools .
- A solid understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to define campaign objectives and develop and execute the plan to achieve goals within timelines and budget.
- Highly proficient with B2B marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad, among others.
- Highly accountable for your work, you are organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a strong rapport with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
