Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and brand strategy for Canada, including a complete range of client segments, from Institutional to Retail.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to promote ETFs and Alternative solutions.
- Lead large-scale marketing initiatives, partnering with sales, investment specialists and marketing centers of excellence to build awareness and grow the business.
- Own comprehensive marketing programs, including different marketing channels: website, digital events, in person events, industry conferences, social media.
- Build strong relationships with sales team and a true partner that aides in their sales success.
- Use data to tell a story and drive initiatives, resources, efficiencies and changes for the business.
- Contribute to creating an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged.

Qualifications
- Education -Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Communications
- Experience- 5+ years marketing experience in financial services or a related industry
- Marketing expertise-ability to deliver traditional and digital marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources
- Product knowledge-investment product sales process and product knowledge (across Equities, Fixed Income, Alternatives and Solutions)
- Industry knowledge-Canada investment industry knowledge (across different client segments and products)
- Mindset – Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to try something new
- Language skill – Canadian French speaker is required
- Proficiencies-strong competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Google Analytics and Workfront is preferred
