  • Prepare, review and post journal entries.
  • Analyze and approve financial workflow transactions.
  • Support the period-end and fiscal year-end close process.
  • Analyze financial information and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
  • Reporting of financial data on a scheduled cadence.
  • Understand the key business drivers and ensure a timely response to stakeholder questions.
  • Address and monitor questions from the US Finance Controllership, Business Partners, and other clients.
  • Participate in transitions of new activities and implementation of their specific processes.
  • Support various GFS wide projects, including system testing.
  • Recognize and act on non-standard situations and adapt work to meet the business needs.
  • Work to develop flexible process improvements that can be utilized to increase the efficiency of the team.
