We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager well versed in communications and digital marketing to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Responsible for developing integrated marketing programs, and combining a number of elements (Influencer marketing, digital, public relations, content creation, etc.). You will create, manage, and own the Marketing Strategy for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing entire Influencer campaign, including working with the sales team for ongoing influencer collaborations, from booking to briefing, and from execution to reporting
  • Create Marketing campaign and messaging pre and post launch
  • Coordinating with PR/Agencies and digital ad spend
  • Proven ability to develop and execute robust social media campaigns, experience growing socials
  • Write effective and engaging social media copy and manage the development of detailed, ongoing content calendars
  • Conduct client communication, write compelling, error free documents, emails, presentations and copy for social media
  • Benchmarking of influencer marketing tools and platforms

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Influencer Marketing/Social Media marketing
  • Tech start-up/launch (MVP) experience is a must
  • Experience in Health, Wellness and Lifestyle-related Marketing
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, paid media, PR, experiential, across multiple touch points)
  • Experience working with influencers and developing influencer marketing strategies
  • Lead Management experience
  • Experience with running ad networks (preferred)
  • Building meaningful relationships with followers and growing positive, engaged social communities
  • Passionate about the latest trends and developments in tech, digital and social
  • Graphic design and development skills are an asset

The Campaigns Digital Experience Lead will be responsible for creating and building compelling digital campaign experiences, for both awareness and demand generation, utilizing existing campaign content and developing new.

Responsibilities will include planning, content creation, implementation, and monitoring of our go-to-market campaign’s digital marketing experience across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone obsessed with digital and creating platform tailored content, with experience in marketing, customer experience, digital advertising and social media management and will show us how we can push the boundaries, surprising our clients through innovative digital experiences. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital experiences for our go-to-market campaign
  • Maintain a tight relationship with the campaign leads, creative director and solutions and industry leads to ensure content and design is optimised for digital experiences
  • Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Work closely with the digital effectiveness team to create the digital experiences and ensure tracking is in place to monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Understanding and stay up to date of what tactics and topics resonate with clients and how best to reach, inspire and engage them
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve results
  • Manage and adhere to allocated budget
  • Align to the needs of regional marketing and field teams at a global level without creating conflicts with other regional initiatives
  • Agency management, ensuring cost and time effective delivery of excellence.
  • Provides writing, editing and content management expertise in the creation of digital content
  • Develops and conducts field marketing, sales and business training on digital experiences
  • Works with appropriate partners, including field and alliance partners, in digital execution and response management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years working in a B2B technology or services-orientated company as well as experience in B2C
  • 4+ years of experience and an obsession in digital marketing, experiential and interactive content creation
  • Understanding of complex, multi-channel, international campaigns and the vision to go beyond the brief to surprise and delight
  • Ability to get multiple stakeholders to buy into a vision and strategy for the campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of business impact metrics and how to impact marketing metrics across the funnel
  • An agile, creative thinker with exceptional project and agency management
  • Upward management to gain acceptance for plans and budgets
  • Multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation with deep understanding of digital and social activities
  • Ability to gain a strong understanding of key audiences
  • Manage resources across regions and cross countries
  • Understand how to use social media and nurture journeys in demand creation and direct content required for demand creation
  • Experience handling multiple markets, adapting your vision based on regional nuances and cultures
