Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our financial client’s performance-driven social media advertising campaigns. - Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, and Quora to drive engagement and conversions.
- Define targeting strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation techniques.
- Implement A/B testing and optimize ad creative, copy, and landing pages for maximum performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Continuously analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and third-party reporting platforms.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize ad spend allocation based on return on ad spend (ROAS) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Creative & Messaging Development
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and video assets tailored for different financial audiences.
- Stay up to date with financial industry trends to craft relevant, engaging, and compliant ad copy. Copywriting skills are important.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the digital, product marketing, and creative teams to align paid social campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Support retargeting and lead nurturing initiatives, integrating paid social efforts with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
Qualifications & Experience? Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and consumer acquisition for financial products.
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-million dollar ad budgets for measurable business outcomes.
? Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, lead generation funnels, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial advertising.
