  • Distribution, installation, replacement and troubleshooting Konica Minolta Printers/Scanner/Copiers, Printix Clients.
  • Assist IT security team with security incidents. Educate employees on Mattamy’s security best practices and processes.
  • Work with network operations centre (NOC) and senior team to ensure equipment is prepared and deployed to site.
  • Coordinate installation of Internet Service Provider (ISP), Phone, and Printing services in all GTA locations.
  • Communicate with business leads to ensure IT and business alignment.
  • Travel to remote office locations as needed.

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking fundamentals that can be used to connect sites / trailers / offices.
  • Demonstrated experience with client support and a proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel within the GTA region.
