The main purpose of the Senior Manager, Business and Economy position is to work closely with the Director, Business on the management of complex files. Specific duties include providing internal strategic and policy support.
Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day operations of the company
– Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations
– Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
– Track and report on key performance indicators
– Identify issues or areas for improvement and propose solutions
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Assist with budget planning and monitoring
– Handle any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
– Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
