At times, you may be required to de-escalate a Card Member’s stress when unforeseen travel situations arise.The Elite Travel Advisor will use their knowledge to help Card Members access their exclusive benefits, including how to make the most of their Membership Reward points.Our paid training program provides you with all the skills required to become a travel expert. Your in-depth training will enable you to know where and how to find the information needed to assist travelers with their changing travel plans, such as trip cancellations, re-bookings, and exchangesYou will learn to troubleshoot customer issues relating to the use of the travel website and expertly guide customers as they navigate through the site.Here’s what you bring to the team:

- Strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner.
