Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing support to customers over the phone and email.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails
– Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
– Providing product and service information to customers
– Processing orders and returns
