Expertise

  • Strong and direct understanding of investor perspectives on ESG, including links to value creation.
  • Strong grasp of key ESG frameworks including the SASB Standards, the TCFD recommendations, ISSB Standards, CDP, CRESB, and the UN PRI Reporting Framework.
  • Expertise and interest in climate change, social impact or impact investment would be an asset.
  • Capable of undertaking sophisticated ESG analysis, research and benchmarking for investor and corporate clients with little to no direction or supervision.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, able to distill complex topics into easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to pro-actively resolve issues and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is an asset.
