We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, generate leads, and ensure our positioning remains relevant in a fast-evolving industry.Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute the company’s marketing strategy, with a focus on elevating brand awareness, driving demand and supporting sales through impactful, data-driven campaigns. You’ll bring a mix of strategic leadership and tactical execution across brand, digital, content, events, and product marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company goals
- Define and report on OKRs to measure marketing effectiveness, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations
- Maintain the budget and provide monthly and quarterly reports to leadership
Brand Growth & Communications
- Own brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Manage PR, trade, media, and industry relationships to drive thought leadership
- Responsible for collaborating with the Operations team to ensure that all marketing deliverables are accurately executed in client contracts.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead multi-channel lead generation campaigns (search, paid social, email, content, etc.)
- Draft and optimize email marketing and sales sequences in collaboration with the sales team
- Oversee performance marketing, tracking, attribution, and ROI reporting
- Partner with product and sales on integrated 360° campaigns around key launches or seasonal pushes
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Own and evolve the website as a lead-generation tool, including SEO, UX improvements, and Conversion rate optimization
- Ensure all website content is up to date, relevant, constantly improved and aligned with campaign priorities
- Monitor and report on traffic, conversions, and user engagement
Content & Product Marketing
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
- Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product and Sales
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)
Event & Industry Marketing
- Plan and execute event marketing strategies including trade shows, conferences, and sponsored appearances
- Lead the creation and submission of compelling panel proposals across diverse conference platforms
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
- Build and maintain a library of client success stories, testimonials, and case studies
- Support referral or ambassador programs in collaboration with the Sales team
Insights & Optimization
- Define KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance and support data-driven decisions
- Align closely with CRM and sales ops to ensure visibility into the full lead-to-close funnel
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed to scale content and campaigns
- Potential to recruit, coach, and develop junior team members as the team grows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech-enabled services
- Strong understanding of digital channels and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Proven ability to drive demand and generate measurable results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with the live events, ticketing, or payments space is a plus

Qualifications:
