  • Add and modify dealer rep codes in AXIS. Associate DR codes in Salesforce etc.
  • Complete approved Wholesaler reassignment requests for dealer rep codes submitted by the Sales team via a Task request.
  • Review processed work items for quality control.
  • Add value to the client experience by understanding what’s important, recognizing what needs to be done and taking personal accountability for creating a positive ‘moment of truth’.

They identify all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing project and then strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate team members. Using Workfront, the Marketing Production Manager will provide tracking, scheduling, and reporting on all jobs being completed in Marketing. Recommendations on workflow improvements are expected as are keeping up to date with system updates and software.Ensure Fidelity asset specifications and brand guidelines are followed to deliver consistent, high-quality digital content. Manage the flow of digital assets through the production lifecycle, and maintain organized archives in accordance with marketing production best practices.Monitor availability and status of marketing assets using Workfront, ensuring projects use the most current and approved content. Collaborate with the Digital Content team to manage updates, version control, and support timely archiving or replacement of outdated materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative Services, Translation, and external partners—on strategic initiatives such as digital campaigns and content automation projects. Monitor timelines in Workfront to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and cost-effectively, while identifying opportunities for workflow optimization.The Expertise You BringTake ownership of marketing production timelines and deliverables, acting as the central point of coordination when priorities shift or challenges arise. Demonstrate leadership, composure, and solution-oriented thinking under pressure, guiding stakeholders through ambiguity to keep projects on track.Excellent written and oral communications skills.
