- Support the design and final production requests across multiple Freedom properties including but not limited to:

- digital support – including but not limited to – email marketing, Freedom organic social assets, digital/web assets as required.
- Day to day ad hoc design requests to support the business.
- In conjunction with our creative agencies, you will operate as the guardian of the Freedom Brand Design guidelines, supporting cross-functional partners across the organization from concept development to final execution and overall ownership.
- Partner closely with our agency creative lead, through collaboration and contribution to the creative direction of Freedom overall.
- Function as a highly collaborative contributor and business partner, with a focus on providing timely client service to internal stakeholders. As necessary, manage the outsourcing and final deliverables of freelance and agency designers.
- Own and maintain photo library and video work, including OEM imagery.
- Uphold and protect the Freedom Mobile Brand Guidelines, acting and leading as a steward of the brand, providing guidance and approvals when required.
- Manage daily, weekly, and long-term project deadlines for all requests. This Includes approvals from stakeholders, agency, and OEM partners, as required.
- Creates an environment which encourages teamwork and continuous improvement, setting the standard for high output, efficiency, sense of urgency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years graphic designer work experience, preferably with retail experience, including design, final production files prep for print production.
- Digital experience would be strong asset to support cross functional teams – (web, social, email builds).
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe suite workflows (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print/production processes required.
- HTML/CSS, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, motion graphics/animation not mandatory, but would be an asset.
- The ability to own and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to execute quickly and consistently.
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable with very strong attention to detail.
- Passion for graphic design and a proven strong understanding of brand positioning.
