Casual Registered Nurse – Diabetes Clinic

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a casual Registered Nurse to join our Diabetes Clinic team at a busy healthcare facility. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to clients with diabetes and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients with diabetes
– Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients
– Implementing diabetes education programs and providing ongoing support to clients
– Administering medications, treatments, and injections as required
– Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:
