Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to work as a Customer Service Representative for our busy retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Assist with inventory management and restocking
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
