The company is looking to hire an Events Manager for their Marketing, Communications, and Events department located in North Vancouver. The ideal candidate will lead and grow the events portfolio at Grouse Mountain, particularly focusing on the newly added Blue section.
Customer Service Representative
Our company is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
– Assisting customers with product information and order placement
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a positive manner
– Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
– Providing information on company policies, promotions, and services
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
