Job Overview:
The Maintenance and Marketing Coordinator will play a dual role, focusing on both facility maintenance and marketing initiatives. This position involves performing minor repairs, coordinating major maintenance activities, and collaborating with qualified personnel for large repairs. Additionally, the role will encompass developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance visibility in the community.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections and perform minor repairs on facilities.
- Identify maintenance needs and coordinate with qualified technicians for larger repair projects.
- Maintain organized records of maintenance activities and expenses.

- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote services and engage potential clients.
