WPPOnefluence is looking for an Influence Coordinator to join our team.

In Canada, WPPOnefluence is a partnership between Ogilvy and Hill&Knowlton. We are looking for an Influencer Specialist to work across iconic beauty, retail and CPG brands.
Influencer marketing is a core piece of our business, and we are seeking someone who is as passionate about this world as we are. We’re looking for candidates that are social first, tapped in, and passionate about beauty & retail.
Here’s what you’d be doing:
- Identification, outreach, negotiation, project management and measurement of influencer programs, including paid collaborations, event and seeding lists based on strategic plan development from senior team & clients
- Efficiently and effectively plans and manage influencers invitation and monitoring for large-scale events
- Efficiently and effectively plans and manage influencers for seeding kit mailers
- Developing campaign reports by tracking and optimizing organic and paid influencer content
- Keep on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies, and influencers in the Canadian market
- Carry out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencers
What you’ll need to get here:
- Demonstrated interest or experience in Influencer, PR, Digital, Content or Brand Marketing
- Understand metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels
- Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
- Flawless organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, agencies and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Experience managing influencer programs is a plus!

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $22 an hour
Description:
Our company is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
