  • Experience assessing ‘as is’ legacy solution architecture and producing ‘to be’ cloud ready design with supported software components

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • A Masters degree (or equivalent education) in Hydrogeology, Environmental/Earth Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar program. A specialization in groundwater modelling through coursework or project/thesis is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of job experience and registration as either a Geoscientist or Engineer in the Province of Ontario
  • Experience with hydrogeological analysis (for example, the use of AQTESOLV or similar)
  • Experience in the development and application of numerical modelling tools/approaches in groundwater
  • Experience with MODFLOW, FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere, etc.
  • Experience using Python, SQL for data analysis
  • An unrestricted full Class G Driver’s License (or equivalent) that is valid in the province of Ontario, a clean Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with the MS Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management, organization, communication, problem solving, writing, and people skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
