Job description: SALES & MARKETING INTERNKalSoft is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our Canada sales team in our Mississauga office. This Internship is designed for college and university students or recent graduates who have a strong interest in sales and marketing and are eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lead generation through market research and online tools.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and introduce them to the company’s IT solutions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up with prospects via email and phone calls.
  • Help identify new sales opportunities in the IT sector, including cloud solutions, managed services, and software products.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Create content for social media channels, blogs, and newsletters to promote IT services.
  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
