Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
– Assist with month-end closing activities
– Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
– Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
