We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize our paid digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand awareness for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring effective spend across various channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to align marketing strategies and achieve overall business goals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid media marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
