  • Resolve all defects/unserviceabilities including disassembly, replacement and reassembly; and related systems support such as disturbed systems checks and functional checks. according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and procedures;

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Completed C130J Hercules type course and qualified on-type;

  • Basic to detailed knowledge of aircraft structures and structural components, inspection techniques, damage assessment, aircraft materials and hardware, use of special tools and equipment. Knowledge of corrosion control techniques and paint or coating systems.
  • Must be capable of reading and interpreting technical documentation such as technical manuals, drawings and technical data packages, engineering dispositions and instructions and associated data.
  • Must demonstrate a compliant and skilled level of proficiency, which is acquired by course or on the job training and practical experience, for authorization of Maintenance Release (DND – Level A), and must demonstrate a detailed understanding of airworthiness requirements for authorization to perform airworthiness functions.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License.
  • Ability to travel and work on or off-site Mobile Repair Parties.
  • Ability to work shift work as required.
