About the teams

You will be joining two dynamic and extremely collaborative teams within Deloitte’s Agency: Digital and Marketing Analytics. The Digital team is focused on optimizing the user experience across all of Deloitte’s digital marketing platforms, as well as providing recommendations and creative solutions to meet the firm’s needs. The Marketing Analytics team is dedicated to using data to provide insight across a range of marketing activities including audience segmentation, lead generation, digital channel performance, and overall campaign ROI. As an integral member of two teams of high-performing marketers and communicators, you will report to the manager within Marketing Analytics. Working closely with other marketers across the region and the country, you must be self-motivated, creative, and inquisitive with an analytical mindset. Your knowledge of marketing, communications, professional services, and the firm will help you to support the implementation of strategic marketing plans to enhance Deloitte’s brand recognition, create eminence, build market understanding of our services, and ultimately lead to revenue.

Position Overview:

JOB DESCRIPTION for SENIOR DIGITAL STRATEGIST:

  • Oversee campaign performance with team across 20-25 clients’ digital campaigns
  • Drive traffic, leads and ROI for clients within 80% of projections, by defining the strategy, and monitoring results closely across all 20-25 campaigns.
  • Quickly analyze data, troubleshoot off track campaigns and identify the top 80/20 strategies/tactics which will yield the fastest path to ROI given the clients’ budget
  • Use insights from analysis to allocate the appropriate resource from client retainer (+/- 5% of retainer) which drive results at the highest profit / margin
  • Effectively communicate analysis & recommendations with clients and team, resulting in retention, trust and upsells.
  • Completed expected level of work productivity weekly
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of agency’s tactics, strategies and capabilities

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
1. Be the Paid Media Acquisition Champion

o Manage ad copy creation and ad approvals across all channels

3. Collaboration

o Partner with Analytics team to develop dashboard and verify data

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of paid marketing with strategic and in platform expertise
  • Proven demonstration of paid media strategy development, campaign execution and optimization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel
