We are currently hiring a Part-Time (transitioning into potential full-time based on performance) Digital Marketing Manager / eCommerce Marketing Manager with an option to grow into a full-time position after 2 to 3 months of experience in the position.

We are looking for someone with experience in the marketing space with knowledge of digital marketing and a willingness to learn. Specifically focused on those with experience as a Amazon Seller and/or Shopify Seller. This position will be branching into many different areas of marketing and may be challenging. We provide a vast amount of information to help the person who we hire excel in this position. Whoever we hire, provided they have a strong determination and are motivated by more than just a pay cheque will come out of this position with a vast understanding of running marketing segment of a business. But this position will require full commitment, internal motivation, and a want to excel. This position will be based around consistent improvement, always getting better. Seeing as the fast-moving online marketing environment changes quickly.

Flexible hours + Work from home. You will have no predefined schedule and you’ll be free to choice your own hours.

Responsibilities for this position include:

· Managing Amazon Seller Account

· Copy-writing marketing material (Website material/social media material)

· Managing Product Listings (Copywriting)

· Managing our graphic design team on creation of media content

· Creating and implementing email marketing

· Managing paid advertisements

· Managing customer service team / Building and improving customer service processes

· A willingness to learn

· Internal motivation to improve and see something grow and improve.

Requirements for this position

· Previous eCommerce experience – Amazon Selling Experience big plus. Shopify selling a bonus

· Must be Fluent in English.

· Must be internally motivated with a strong willingness to learn/improve.

· Basic knowledge of social media / media content / copywriting.

Base Salary/Pay:
$26 Per Hour
Expected 25 hours per week. Option to grow into full-time position
Fixed Salary pay at $650 per week for part time work Based on 25 hours per week at $26 dollars per hour, we will not bill per hour.

Part-time hours: 20 – 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

We partner with local organic farms and like-minded local businesses and artisans, and deliver local, organic, and small-scale grown or produced food that tastes really good. We deliver directly to our member’s homes, throughout the GTA, on a weekly basis from our 30,000 sq. ft headquarters located in Eastern Toronto. The Role and Responsibilities
The Email Marketing and Design Coordinator will help grow brand awareness & loyalty, as well as acquire leads through the support and development of email marketing campaigns, graphic design, and other marketing-related tasks as needed. This role will support the four person marketing team by taking on deliverables and tasks in the following areas:

Email & Marketing

  • Creation, management and deployment of weekly and ad-hoc email marketing

campaigns, as well as A/B testing

  • Support in the development of email strategy and growth tests
  • Segmentation, compilation, and maintenance of email audience lists
  • Tracking and analyzing email marketing campaign results
  • Assist in the migration and development into future CRM tool
  • Assist with the development of future lifecycle email automation campaigns
  • Liaise with customer service on upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Support in answering customer inquiries through social media

Design

  • Support the ideation, development, and design of weekly member communications,

email campaigns, ad units, social content, and web design using Adobe’s Creative Suite

  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an email marketing or graphic design position
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Solid knowledge of email marketing and graphic design tools (e.g. Mailchimp,

Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of email and digital best practices
  • Team player
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround
  • Passion for food and supporting local!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, word) and/or GSuite products (Sheets,

slides, docs etc.)

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

  • Food and/or grocery experience
  • Basic data and marketing analytics knowledge
