This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional to contribute by analyzing key business drivers, enhancing reporting tools, and supporting strategic decision-making to deliver measurable results.What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Create compelling fact-based selling stories, applying relevant category, channel, and customer data to highlight areas of underperformance and growth opportunities.
  • Category/Customer Activity Analysis – Perform pre- and post-analyses including but not limited to flyer activity, shelf space, market share, retail pricing bands, retail programs, competitive reviews and digital initiatives. Evaluate promotional effectiveness and make recommendations.
  • POS Analysis – Review account team performances via weekly scorecards using key operating indicators, including POS, margin, inventory, and share on a weekly basis, and identify opportunities, upside and risk.
  • Space Planning, Planogram/Productivity Assessment – Utilize Space Planning (JDA Space Planning) to build planograms, analyze and make spacing, assortment and forecasting recommendations based on retailer-specific strategies. Space Planning experience is an asset but not a requirement – an opportunity to learn on the job.
  • Research, Insights & Recommendations – Leverage industry data (Circana/Euromonitor), consumer data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to improve sales and/or profitability, gain share and provide category solutions to the Customer. Proactively recommend and implement improvements to current processes
  • Internal and external forecasting – Work closely with the account managers to develop item forecasts to help maximize inventory levels and POS. In addition, communication with the account regarding recommendations for shipping opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning Projects – As required to address Business Unit, Account, Brand or Consumer/Shopper issues or opportunities.
  • Support the Sales team and be an integral part of the Joint Business Planning process
  • Develop, refine, and continuously elevate sales reports to empower data-driven business decisions.
  • Lead the transformation of reporting tools with dashboard upgrades (Excel, Tableau) to enhance sales performance visibility and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain sales and category tools to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making
  • Other duties and special projects as required

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in Business or Marketing, MBA an asset
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in analytics, category management, merchandising, sales forecasting/analysis, consumer and/or sales research ideally in the CPG industry
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – expert knowledge of Excel a plus
  • Planogramming software, sales insights, analytics and market research experience an asset
  • Experience and/or exposure to Cognos, Tableau and Circana
  • Strong analytic knowledge and expertise, with ability to create actionable reports and dashboards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for persuading in-person and remote-location audiences
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
  • Tableau report-creation experience a plus
  • Creative, collaborative approach to test and learn opportunities
  • Attention to detail, common-sense approach to data validation, and accountability for accuracy
  • Ability to explain highly complex topics to audiences with varying levels of knowledge
  • Able to work independently with very minimal supervision, adhere to schedules and follow up accordingly

Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare facility, is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various clinical research studies in accordance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the implementation of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits
– Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines throughout the study process
