- Develop and execute regional sales plans aimed at achieving targets for the growth and retention of existing food service customers.
 - Oversee the management and negotiation strategies for all distribution accounts, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
 - Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to product and brand quality standards.
 - Manage and engage in effective communication with Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Trade Assets and Equipment teams, National Accounts, Marketing, Finance, and third-party vendors to support customer needs and facilitate new account openings.
 - Collaborate with the sales team across Canada and national accounts to ensure consistent practices and messaging across regions.
 - Leverage deep industry knowledge of key segments, including but not limited to lodging, healthcare, colleges and universities, travel, and grocery, to inform strategies and decision-making.
 - Oversee and ensure data integrity within the CRM tool, building a robust pipeline of opportunities to exceed sales objectives.
 
What will make you successful?
- 5 + years within sales and account management, with a proven track record of delivering business results from a Consumer Goods Company
 - Previous experience leading and developing others in a management capacity
 - Valid full driver’s license and safe driving record is required. Open to frequently travel within the assigned territory.
 - Post secondary education in Business, any related field or equivalent experience
 - Effective communication, negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers.
