Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Communicate with clients and vendors
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Assist with project coordination and event planning
– Perform data entry and update databases
– Monitor and order office supplies
– Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
