Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be friendly and professional, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Manage and organize paperwork and documents
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
