Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering, inventory management, staff training, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
– Manage food and beverage costs to ensure optimal profit margins
– Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and execute innovative menu offerings
