Right To Play is looking for an individual passionate about all things Digital Marketing, with a particular
interest in marketing and communications in the non-profit sector. This role reports to the Digital
Marketing Manager and will support our international work across 20 countries. The role will cover a wide
array of digital marketing areas, with a particular focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and website
management.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
#1: Improve Website Search Engine Optimization (35% of Time):
- Improve webpage searchability using new and existing SEO tools
- Support on improving web images database for both search and accessibility
- Monitor for content that is out of date and propose changes
#2: Support with Social Media and Content Creation (35% of Time):
- Develop ideas and creative new strategies for improving engagement
- Support in the design and execution of social media and other digital marketing assets
- Support in improving accessibility across social media channels, including alt-text
- Help monitor social media activities on internal and external channels
- Monitor for industry or sector trends and contribute toward strategic decisions

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION:
- Post-secondary studies in Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing
EXPERIENCE:
- Website management, ideal y with experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience managing social media platforms, preferably for an organization/brand
COMPETENCIES/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong writing and communication skills

LANGUAGES:
