- Provide support to the Manager, Product Quality & E-Performance•Assist the Manager, Technical Training with training activities and reports
- Aid the Manager, External Affairs & Customer Relations
- Analyze PCL After Sales PPN space and develop an action plan for enhanced utilization
- Oversee special tool inventory, create and maintain an inventory tracking tool
- Generate PRMS (technical ticket tool) reports to create KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and analyze Training surveys, creating comprehensive reports
- Offer Porsche Academy admin support including setting up classes in Porsche’s proprietary system, PALMS 2.0
- Conduct technical training analysis to determine training needs and plan course offerings accordingly
- Coordinate HV Battery repairs
- Process customer request and assist with goodwill administration
- Manage approval requests for Purchase Orders and invoicing
- Contribute to various process improvement projects
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:Education:
- Recent graduate or current student earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
- Basic understanding of dealership functions, parts, and service operations

(PCL) is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team this November for a 6-month term and support our efforts in Brand & Product Communications and Retail Marketing. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll report to our Manager of Marketing Communications and play a critical role in executing innovative marketing strategies.What You’ll Do:
- Agency Collaboration: Assist our Manager of Marketing Communications with agency briefings and campaign planning.
- Content Strategy: Partner with our Marketing Communications Specialist and creative agency to develop content for Porsche Canada’s websites, social media, email campaigns, and Christophorus magazine.
- Email Campaigns: Create email campaign templates for national and regional programs.
- Dealer Support: Aid our Retail Marketing Manager with dealer scorecard audits, reporting, and marketing inquiries.
- Event Coordination: Work with the Marketing team on national events and local campaigns, including email and direct mail invitations and dealer communication.
