Job Description

The Director, Digital Experience Product Strategy builds and manages the product roadmaps that support our sales support and marketing initiatives. Product Owner (1 year contract)

As the Product Owner you are the main point of contact for any topics related to the project. You will lead a clear strategy and implement new tactics, new actions to drive the success of the platform. Together with the marketing team you will ensure the vision for the customer journey comes to life. You will ensure strong communication and drive the Marketing and PR communication strategy. You will ensure reporting & analytics is well maintained for the project.

· You will drive the customer strategy on the marketplace.

· Manage trigger emails, analysis of behaviors, data, competitors.

· Follow up closely with competitive marketplaces to always be two steps ahead.

· Collaboration closely with Customer service to collect any information and train them accordingly.

· Ensure to drive the communication strategy for media, SEO, newletters, influencers, BtoB and coordinate with any teams involved in (global, NA, local, external suppliers and agencies

· Reporting weekly and monthly for any matter related to the project.

· Share results and demonstrate the financial impact for H&M Canada

· Consistently propose and recommend improvements, actions based on learnings and conclusions from analytics.

· You will be the main contact for the tech agency

· You will ensure day to day tasks are met consistently to run the marketplace at a high level

· Communicate with the agency on any changes to rules and regulations in Canada which may impact project i.e updated privacy laws, taxes)

· You will complete administrative tasks in accounting, invoicing, budgeting, follow up on costs and forecast

· Your will manage and coordinate the GDPR/Data Server processing activities and the H&M owned data on servers in conjunction with global compliance and local security depts

· You will work on any design and copy updates (Collaboration with the agency, Internal designer, and Global teams). Work on the elaboration and implementation of the V2 version based on clear conclusions and ambitious vision.

· Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.

· Partner with the PR team to ensure communications tactics occur during timely moments and to sustain the overall message.

· Analyze the overall communications tactics to see where our ROI is to help shape future communication plans.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role as Product Owner you must have the following qualifications

· Senior role – 5Y minimum

· Passion for retail & fashion experience in E-commerce

· You work in structured way

· You are able to complete administrative tasks

· You are a true team player, but you are also comfortable working independently.

· You take your own initiatives to drive the business. As this role includes contact with various stakeholders, a straightforward communication and leadership skills is crucial.

· You should be able to keep an overview and prioritize in a potentially complex environment with a problem-solving attitude.

· As a person you are comfortable taking big ownership of the processes in your role and are ambitious

· You are flexible with a can do attitude

· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Additional Information

This is a contract fulltime position (1 year) based in Toronto, Ontario with option to work remotely. For the right candidate, the position might lead to an extension or permanent role.
