Job description: DescriptionOur team and what we’ll accomplish togetherThe Mobility Brand and Product Strategy team is focused on developing and delivering the mid to long-term strategies for TELUS and Koodo Mobility brands and products. We aim to optimize and evolve the value propositions across rate plan suites, device programs, multi-user constructs, rewards programs, and service experiences. Our ultimate goal is to drive brand differentiation, and improve Mobility EBITDA and Household Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by enhancing and simplifying product journeys and ensuring the optimal introduction of new products into the market.You will be responsible for shaping the mid to long-term strategy of TELUS and Koodo rate plans, features, services, and device offerings. You will evaluate market conditions, develop valuable propositions, and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to optimize the Mobility network revenue and EBITDA.What you’ll do

  • Evaluate domestic market conditions and international market comparisons to inform TELUS and Koodo brand Mobility offerings, inclusive of rate plans, features, service, and device offerings
  • Work with partners across TCS and TELUS to propose and evaluate new offerings that will improve Mobility network revenue, equipment margin and ultimately, EBITDA
  • Work with partners responsible for cost-to-serve initiatives to ensure new constructs and offerings are geared toward simplification, in that they are easier to buy/sell and use/support than previous
  • Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Insights teams to identify research needs and inform strategies for TELUS and Koodo brands
  • Develop value propositions including customer trade-off considerations; address emerging needs and trends in mobile devices, including preferences, lifecycle, affordability, and financing
  • Evaluate intra and extra industry brand service and support models to benchmark TELUS and Koodo brand performance. Propose and evaluate opportunities to elevate service and support as a core component of each brand’s value proposition
  • Explore and evaluate new service and support capabilities that are differentiated between TELUS and Koodo while enabling each brand to deliver on our Customers First Commitment
