The Project Support Coordinator will assist the Transition Team’s Project Managers, Consultants, and Leadership during the transition and activation phases of the New St. Paul’s Hospital (NSPH) Redevelopment Project. This role involves supporting operational readiness, hospital activation—including clinical commissioning and staff orientation and training—and transfer activities necessary for the relocation to the new facility in 2027.

  • Collaborate with Transition Team members and other stakeholders to manage administrative processes related to the project, including coordinating meetings, reviewing and updating documents, tracking issues, and maintaining up-to-date documentation, logs, and workflows.

Qualifications:
