Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this person will be instrumental part of the team that will be working very closely with Agile commercial leads and Business owners to ensure marketing program alignment to the overall annual plan and themes. This is the ideal job for a candidate who can manage multiple tasks, has strong program implementation experience and wants to broaden their marketing skills with greater exposure to strategic program development.

What you will do:

Champion and lead cross functional planning meetings, and ad-hoc marketing initiatives that deliver on both customer acquisition and retention objectives

Provide an integrated view of the quarterly marketing offer calendar to ensure alignment of priorities that deliver on subscriber growth

Work with digital to ensure all digital capabilities/enhancements are captured, and be the one point of contact for all agile squads

Work with consumer insights team to ensure plans are built based on consumer needs and market trends

Gather priorities and marketing plans from Agile squads in order to build a consolidate plan for the Rogers brand

Work with the value prop team to ensure synergy with planning and Agile squads

Responsible for the planning and strategy for all ATL pricing offers

Support HUB office with all Ad hoc requests

Analyze quarterly performance (in quarter) and derive actionable insights

Consolidate a comprehensive post campaign analysis of key programs to get learnings and course correct as necessary

What you will bring:

Minimum Undergraduate degree in a business discipline

5+ years of marketing experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry

3+ years of experience in project management and cross-functional leadership

Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, problem solve, take ownership, and manage work with minimal supervision

Ability to think outside the box to resolve complex issues in a cross-functional environment

Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to produce and sustain excellent results over a period of time

Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

Ability to sell ideas/concepts to others through logical and persuasive arguments

Ability to explain complex topics in concise, easy-to-understand language

Macro level thinker with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making skills

Advanced Excel skills and ability to summarize complex business into key, actionable insights to share across all levels of the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office
