As a Senior SEO Strategist, you understand that today’s user experience starts at the search results, and SEO is at the core of a customer-centric digital strategy. You will:

  • Own the development, execution, and optimization of SEO strategies
  • Analyze and distill search data to understand user intent, drive content strategy, and identify search opportunities
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research and on-page/off-page optimizations to improve digital visibility
  • Make copy and content recommendations based on search insights
  • Conduct SEO audits and competitive analysis
  • Identify and implement technical optimizations related to accessibility, indexability, structured markup, site speed improvements, broken links, and more
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate SEO strategies and best practices
  • Keep current with the latest digital trends to identify potential applications for clients like speed, voice search, AI, machine learning automation, omnichannel search optimization, and more
  • Convey SEO concepts to clients in a concise, meaningful, and easy-to-understand manner
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for search performance improvement
  • Define success metrics and translate SEO results to business objectives
  • Communicate with SEO team and management on project developments, timelines, and results
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and performance

You have:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience
  • Strong content strategy skills, ideally with experience in content creation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Local SEO/Google My Business management experience
  • Demonstrated ability using data to identify insights, make recommendations, and inform the development of strategies and projects
  • Knowledge of recent algorithm updates, search ranking factors, and industry best practices
  • Ability to improve search rankings and drive increased search traffic and visibility
  • Strong presentation skills to tailor messages to audiences, communicate complex topics simply, and deliver actionable insights and analyses
  • Systematic approach to identifying SEO opportunities and issues, defining solutions, and executing action plans
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.

We have the good problem of growing rapidly, so are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Automation Expert specializing in Marketo to jump into the mix, settle in and manage their own accounts quickly.

The job will entail:

  • Owning a client accounts/projects from start to finish. This includes meeting with the client, and getting a clear understanding of their pain points, goals and ideas. Consulting them on their path forward, including adding to their ideas, suggesting optimizations/best practices, and/or discussing limitations of their platform, and alternative approaches. Scoping the project. Managing execution from gathering inputs, to architecting the solution, to testing and QA. Managing timelines, ensuring projects are completed within the scoped time. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have some technical background and training in Marketo (certification preferred)

Your Responsibilities: *

  • Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to affiliate partners as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique ecommerce marketing programs
  • Aggressively recruit new ecommerce publishers
  • Research and work with affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue and marketing campaigns specific to ecommerce brands
  • Actively consult with affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue goals through recommendations and implementation of best ecommerce practices around online mktg and paid social campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
  • Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for ecommerce affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations
  • Optimize publishers and provide technical assistance when needed

Your Skills:

  • Intermediate understanding of ecommerce and performance marketing industry, terminology, and media channels
  • Basic knowledge of tracking systems and HTML, e.g. pixels, tokens, etc. a plus
  • Confidence and ability to prospect and sell/cold call ecommerce affiliates and/or media buyers
  • Possess strong negotiation skills

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of demonstrated success in a E-commerce marketing role
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct affiliates or running your own successful media buying campaigns.
  • Experience in Shopify, Amazon, Clickfunnels, FB Business Manager, and hands-on ESP knowledge (e.g. Klaviyo) is a plus
  • Branded DTC product marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of paid digital media universe, particularly paid social, and demonstrated ability to build robust digital media plans that deliver results and drive conversions.
  • Proficiency in online marketing, user experience design, direct response funnels and conversion rate optimization.
  • Solid analytic skills – conversion tracking and ability to extract insights from data to calculate program performance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to motivate and persuade.
  • Ability to work across functions to catalyze change in a positive, collaborative, transparent way.
