The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing role will support and execute RBC Wealth Management’s digital marketing strategy in support of and in alignment with an integrated view of our global digital channel experience. What will you do?
- Support the Director, Digital Marketing to build, execute and drive ROI on paid, owned and earned channels.
- Identify specific value-added, differentiated strategies particular to display advertising, SEM, paid and organic social as it pertains to nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop and present detailed creative briefs for digital marketing asset creation and write engaging ad copy as needed.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Minimum of seven years of work experience in digital marketing. Global experience is an asset.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional and measurable results through digital marketing efforts.
- Exceptional communication – written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and project management skills with the ability to execute independently.
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration to social, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn ad managers and social media community management platforms.
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in a global, highly-matrixed organization.
- Ability to distil advertising data into actionable insights and next steps to drive better or more efficient campaigns.
- Ability to partner with Analytics teams to review dashboards, verify data and ensure tagging and QA are completed.
- Experience managing and briefing media agencies/vendors/creative teams.
