This role is accountable to assist Release of Information Office to process requests related to Access and Disclosure of Personal Health Information, and ensuring compliance with legislative turn-around times. Other responsibilities include data quality and analysis, case weight monitoring, and verification of unspecified clinical information with physician groups for accurate data collection, submission process to CIHI and other reporting bodies. The successful incumbent will interact with internal and external customers in a professional and patient-focused manner and contribute by identifying innovative ideas to improve services and data quality processes. As a member of the Health Information Management team, the successful incumbent will practice and promote self-development and continuous learning.
