This role involves building and maintaining digital advertising campaign reporting ETLs, providing brand sales analytics and building/improving/maintaining machine learning models used in measuring incrementality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and a strong aptitude for clear communication and effective collaboration with both team members and leadership.Develop, maintain, and optimize ETLs for digital advertising reporting to ensure accurate and timely data availability.Perform in-depth brand sales analytics to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.Build, improve, and maintain machine learning models aimed at measuring the incremental impact of digital advertising campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes.Communicate complex data findings and model results clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL, Python (Pandas and NumPy), and advanced Excel (including PowerPivot, VBA, and advanced formulas).Manage and analyze large datasets efficiently using Google Cloud tools such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Google Cloud Storage, and Looker.Create compelling and visually appealing reports and dashboards using GA4, PowerBI, and DOMO.Distill large sets of data into clear, actionable insights to assist Sales and Account Management teams in strengthening their pitches to vendors/clients.Provide detailed insights on TRM campaign performance to help improve advertising investments.Partner closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to build and maintain efficient data pipelines, processes, and reporting solutions.What You Bring:Post-secondary education in statistics, mathematics, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. A Master’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, or statistics is a plus.At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics with a proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Proficiency in Python (including NumPy and Pandas), SQL, and advanced Excel (including PowerPivot, VBA, and advanced formulas).Hands-on experience with Google Cloud technologies such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, Google Cloud Storage, and Looker.
