  • Define the RESL digital roadmap. Set ambitions for digital sales and servicing activities, collaborating with technology, operations, sales, and experience teams to achieve alignment and execution. Establish the strategy for eHOME, the digital sales channel.
  • Enhance support for branch network mortgage sales capabilities. Develop sales tools, training materials, and sales resources, and partner with Retail Distribution teams to create a feedback loop that identifies focus areas and drives capability enhancement.
