As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you are a clever, digitally savvy marketing professional who is passionate about executing with excellence. Known for an ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to support business strategy, you have a strong understanding of marketing, brand and communications best practices along with being an exceptional project manager. You are curious and proactive, comfortable working for an evolving global organization, navigating different cultures and contexts, and have a proven track record of supporting high performing and strategic marketing teams.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will ensure our global strategy is supported and regional needs are met, as we grow and scale globally.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Project Management
Working as a strategic partner to our internal cross-functional teammates, while comfortably and professionally managing the end-to-end process of mid-size marketing projects (i.e. the development of microsites, new collateral requests, and the creation of corporate videos)
Supporting the global marketing management team with the planning, implementation, and execution of larger strategic projects
Adeptly digesting and translating briefs and job requests to define and develop marketing deliverables, pulling in key stakeholders as and when required
Design and Creative
Partnering with Global Creative Services to support our creative design studio through project management, creative development including writing, editing, sourcing images and/or video assets, customer relations and providing quality control of our brand
Supporting relationships with third party agencies doing creative work on behalf of Oxford and its assets
Digital Marketing and Analytics
Reading and understanding data and analytics to support our teams and our partners goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you must have:
A post secondary degree focused in business, marketing or a related field
4-5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset but not mandatory
High-quality and efficient writing and editing skills
Experience working with a creative studio and design team
Specific experience with Agility CMS Adobe Creative Suite, DAMs, CRMs. Experience with digital project management tools would be an asset
Experience with email marketing strategy, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO principles and social media marketing
A passion for learning new and evolving marketing technology solutions
A desire to innovate and bring fresh solutions to problems
A customer service-oriented approach with the capability to excel in an agile and highly matrixed environment
Experience working in a collaborative environment with a comfort for ambiguity and flexibility that comes with working cross-functionally
A high level of comfort building trusting relationships, independently partnering with colleagues and interacting with senior leaders across the organization
Openness to receiving constructive feedback and guidance as well as constructively sharing it with others to collectively elevate efforts
